Analysis believes that the noise generated during the operation of the main pump may be caused by the iron filings adsorbed by the oil inlet filter.
2. If the main safety valve is damaged, the entire system will not reach the normal working pressure, and the actions of all working devices should be abnormal. However, in the early stage of the machine failure, only the stick cylinder action is abnormal, which can preliminarily eliminate the main safety valve failure.
3. Disassemble the main control valve of the stick cylinder and find that the spool deviates from the neutral position, so that the main oil circuit is always in the open position; when the spool is taken out, it is found that the back suction is large and the spool is not easy to move; remove the oil circuit and take out the spool , The spool can move freely without being stuck.
4. The secondary pilot pressure output by the pilot control oil circuit is detected, and the pressure value is normal, and the pilot control valve failure can be eliminated. If the overflow valve of the main control valve port of the stick cylinder is damaged, the working oil path leading to the stick cylinder will not be able to build up pressure, and the stick cylinder will not work.
