The honing tube is a high-precision steel tube material, which integrates the advantages of no oxide layer on the outer wall, no leakage under high pressure, high precision, high finish, no deformation after cold bending, flaring, flattening, and no cracks. Mainly used for machining. What problems should we pay attention to when disassembling the honing tube.
1. Before disassembling the honing tube, the hydraulic circuit should be depressurized. Otherwise, when the oil pipe joint connected with the oil cylinder is loosened, the high-pressure oil in the circuit will be sprayed out quickly. When the hydraulic circuit is depressurized, first loosen the handwheel or pressure regulating screw at the relief valve, etc. to unload the pressure oil, and then cut off the power supply or cut off the power source to stop the operation of the hydraulic device;
2. The disassembly should be carried out in order. Due to the different structures and sizes of various honing tubes, the disassembly sequence is also slightly different. Generally, the oil in the two chambers of the cylinder should be drained, then the cylinder head should be removed, and finally the piston and piston rod should be removed. When dismantling the cylinder head of the honing tube, special tools should be used for the key or the snap ring of the internal key connection, and it is forbidden to use a flat shovel;
3. When disassembling, prevent damage to the top thread of the piston rod, the thread of the oil port, the surface of the piston rod, the inner wall of the cylinder liner, etc. In order to prevent slender parts such as piston rods from bending or deforming, they should be balanced with skids when placed;
4. After the cylinder is disassembled, check carefully to determine which parts can continue to be used, which parts can be used after repair, and which parts must be replaced;
5. Before and after unloading, try to create conditions to prevent the parts of the honing tube from being polluted by surrounding dust and impurities. For example, the disassembly should be carried out in a clean environment as much as possible; after disassembly, all parts should be covered with plastic cloth, not with cotton cloth or other working cloths.
