How to set constant pressure on the honing pipe Jan 08, 2019

In the process of using the honing pipe, it is a kind of high-precision steel pipe material after cold drawing or hot rolling. When it is made, there will be no oxide layer on the inner and outer walls of the precision steel pipe, high pressure and no leakage, high precision. High gloss, cold bending, no deformation, flaring, flattening, no cracks, etc., so products that are mainly used to produce pneumatic or hydraulic components, such as cylinders or cylinders, can be seamless tubes. The chemical components of the honing pipe are carbon C, silicon Si, manganese Mn, sulfur S, phosphorus P, and chromium Cr.

How to set constant pressure on the honing pipe

1. The falling cutting stage, the constant pressure honing, at the beginning, due to the rough wall of the hole, the contact area between the oil stone and the hole wall is small, the contact pressure is large, and the convex portion of the hole wall is quickly worn away. However, due to the high contact pressure on the surface of the oil stone and the wear of the oil-and-binder binder by the chips, the bonding strength between the abrasive particles and the binder is reduced. Therefore, some of the abrasive grains fall off by the cutting pressure, and the oil stone surface is exposed. Abrasive grain, this is the oil stone self-sharp.

2. In the crushing and cutting stage, as the honing progresses, the surface of the hole becomes more and more light, the contact area with the oil stone becomes larger and larger, the contact pressure per unit area decreases, and the cutting efficiency decreases. At the same time, the cut chips are small and fine, and these chips have little wear on the adhesive. Therefore, the oil stone abrasive grains are rarely peeled off, and the grinding is not performed by the new abrasive grains but by the abrasive grain tips. Therefore, the tip of the abrasive grain is very heavy, and the abrasive grain is easily broken and broken to form a new cutting
